My penis points almost straight up when hard and requires a lot of force just to get it horizontal. My wife and I have only been with each other. One problem we have is when we try cowgirl, she says that it causes her pain. Is this uncommon? Can this be helped?

  1. I think I remember a study that did an analysis of penis angle… And something like 7% of guys have less than 20 degrees from vertical. I thought it was interesting because I’m one of those guys too. Like growing up I didn’t understand why someone would have to “hide it behind a notebook” when they got a surprise boner in class… I just had to make sure the tip wasn’t showing above my pants.

    Tldr… It’s normal. Some positions may be a bit more difficult because of it. But sex against a wall is much easier.
