So I have been in a long distance relationship for over a year now and have been having lots of trouble when It comes to sex. She has basically no libido and I’m the complete opposite. She’s been having pain when we have sex and almost every time she’s in to much pain to continue. This has been since the beginning of the relationship and things just seem to be getting worse. She refuses to see a gyno because there’s no female doctors around her. I don’t know what to do.

Sounds like potential endometriosis. Which needs to be diagnosed by a doctor. Obviously you can’t tell her what to do with her body, but I would just tell her you care about her health, well being, and that something internally could be potentially wrong. Are there no gynos around at all ? Or just specifically a female one?
If she is unwilling to see a medical professional then you should be unwilling to deal with it.
