Any advice on letting go, since for some reason it’s harder than usual.

Context: kinda going through a rejection

I’m over the sadness. I’m almost done moving on but it seems that I can’t let go of the last bit of hope that I have. It sucks having to cut everything off. But it seems to be the best move.
