Need a womens POV/Help

I need help on improving myself, but I let me start out by describing myself so you’ll have more context to answer the question properly.

I’be been single for years and I’ve been trying to work on myself/focus on myself and not worry about dating, at all.

I’m black 6ft and above average looking(Context not being cocky) it’s easy for me to talk to girls because I have a great personality and I grew up in a household of 3 sisters no brothers and I know Way too much about girl issues and stuff, which again is why this is puzzling to me.

I’m not shy if I see a girl and I like her I’ll go talk to her if the situation is right.(environment/body language) the problem is i can’t seem to find good girls or girls worthy of dating, and when I do that’s when I get shy and kind of to myself. Or they just out right reject me and I feel bad for a good 35.2minutes. It’s easy for me to get a “easy” girl and boom. But when it comes to women “Real” women with respect and morals it’s like im a kid and I have no control or even a chance with them.

I don’t drink or smoke I chill at home and go to work and maybe workout here and there. I take care of myself and try not to leave the house uncared for so to speak.

Why am I still single why can’t I find a good girl, it seems lately I’ve been getting rejected more than usual, I’m looking to settle down but for some reason I feel I give off “duck boy” Vibes. (F)

I need a real womens advice on how to and where to properly find women of good calibrate and how to approach them, maybe I lack confidence when I see a women that’s high caliber and she sense it, I need advice on how to do better.

I’ve tried dating sites but it seems like every time I meet someone from a site they don’t look or act nothing like the person on the site…sigh
