Depends on so many factors. Type of boiler, typical usage, water meter, insulation, size etc. Best looking at the EPC for the property as this will give you an estimation.
I recently moved from a big old end terrace to a semi and my bills are lower, even taking into account the increase in every costs.
We’re in this situ-azi, and currently spend about £86 per month for leccy and gas (old regime), and prob expect to spend £180-200 per month under the new regime.
We make zero effort to conserve energy, yet have LED bulbs because replacing bulbs sucks.
Sometimes, saving money is what happens when you stop trying.

Gas: £40
Electric: was £50, now £150
Insurance: £130 p/a
TV & broadband: £45
TV licence: £13
