Did I overuse the jet spray?

Hello, I don’t know how this really works, but I have been looking things up and I need help. Also this is extremely TMI.

I haven’t been able to orgasm while masturbating or while having sex with my partner for a really long time, and I thought that something was wrong with me. Until I tried the jet spray. It works every time, and while being able to orgasm does make me happy, why am I not able to climax while masturbating or while having sex? I barely feel anything unless it involves the jet spray. I really want to be able to have sex and climax though. Are any of you facing the same problem? Also, if you’ve figured this out, please help.
