You can’t really “increase sensitivity” all that much unless you’re rubbing yourself raw or using lotions lol. Its same thing as you can’t just decide to up and increase/decrease your libido on a whim.
When people talk about nipple orgasms they’re usually talking about it with their partner being involved. I’d have to say that solo nipple orgasms are definitely possible but probably pretty rare. Having a partner there to use their mouth, hands and body contact changes the entire experience/dynamic. If you’ve got a partner, you’re better off directing them on what feels good and how to bring you closer to orgasm than asking online. If not, well…. thats significantly harder to give advice for as no one is going to be able to be in your mind and know what feels good for ya or where to take it.

Since I’ve pierced my nipples they’re way more sensitive, but I’ve never tried to have an nipplegasm. I don’t know if this could help you, but I feel live I could have way more fun than before by being touched on the breast once they’re partially healed
