I met the love of my life online.
Still waiting… 😭
Online, specifically playing World of Warcraft
On Tinder. We’re buying a house and moving into it on Friday
I accidentally met her in a restaurant and got over myself and went over to meet her.
Worked together for a few months about 7 years prior
Reconnected on a dating app, tried it and going strong 18 months later. Planning on proposing when we buy our first house (maybe another year or 2)
Online, playing the same MMO. We’re together for a little over 20 years now, so yes it can work 😀
No
We’re friends for 4years. Just plain casual friends. Then we started having a spark. We’re together now for almost 2years.
Working part time in a supermarket while studying. Together 30 years, married 27. Still going strong.
What I will say is love grows over time. I always found her attractive, but the experiences we’ve shared over 3 decades (including raising 2 sons) have made things so much deeper than they were in the first couple of years. Literally cannot imagine life without her.
I haven’t. I think she got lost and/or hit by a bus
She contacted me on MySpace, in the days before Facebook, Twitter, et al.
I played lacrosse in the park where she would take her daughters. Her one daughter’s friend had an obsession with Transformers and thought I was one. (Google Box Goalie to see what I’m talking about). Anyway I started entertaining her questions about it and we hit it off.
