  2. Gymnastics, parkour, martial arts to some extent but if that’s the main thing you’re lookin for them I wouldn’t recommend that. Figure skating as well ig

  3. Maybe Olympic weightlifting? Probably not so much body twists, but lots of explosiveness for sure. The moves are based on explosive spurts and quick and precise body movements. I did mixed martial arts and weightlifting, the latter is much more explosive.
