We have something for everyone. You like the desert? We have a huge desert to live in. You like the mountains? We’ve got those. Like the beach? We have a long coastline. Like living in a large city? We have multiple to choose from.

I’d say a lot of our selling point is the musical history Tennessee has in every corner of the state just about. Just an incredible wealth of musicians and music people to help out us on the map there
