I (20m) get an UTI after like 1/7 of my ejaculations (masturbation and sex).
After the ejaculation i feel the need to pee and if i do pee its relieving atm but sometimes after 10 minutes or so the UTI arrives
It is really frustrating and it makes me avoid sex to avoid the possible UTI

You should see a doctor about this and be completely honest about everything.
Are you having unprotected anal sex? That’s the only time I’ve had one. The act can force some bacteria into the urethra. There’s ways to get it from vaginal sex as well though.
I don’t think you have UTIs just coming and going (no pun intended), it is probably present and you’re just aggravating it when ejaculating. You need to see your doctor.
