My sister is super insecure and jealous about me. She is good at social skills and knows how to manipulate others. Recently, I realized that she’s been doing bad mouth to my mom about me. My mom indirectly pointed out to me about my defects as my sister talked to her about me. For example, my sister said my taste of choosing clothes is awful. My mom believes so. My sister says something about me, then my mom believes so… My mom wouldn’t have done so if my sister hadn’t. My mother has properties to inherit to us.
Should I also badmouth about my sister to my mom?

I don’t know about the relationship between you and your mother but maybe you can talk to her about this in private without your sister around.
