I’ve never tested positive for any STDs and I always have sex with a condom because I’m always afraid of diseases and unwanted pregnancies.

Maybe jumping into “must be a STD” is too much. But getting retested may be a good idea.

I’d probably try to rule out strep throat before I jumped to syphilis.

Can your sex drive be too high?

Accidentally ripped/tore external uthera and is now bleeding painfully.
