Now says she says wants to still see each other but like keep it casual and see where things go(I asked too soon to be exclusive) but I’ve been out the dating game for a while and i really liked her but..what’s the Fuckin deal here? My guess is another dude or she just wants to keep her options open ?

You answered your own question when you said ‘i asked too soon to be exclusive’. Odds are she said yes (or whatever) because she’s into you as well, but isn’t comfortable with the label.
By your own admission you’ve also been out of the dating game for awhile as well. Labels and all aren’t really all that any longer
