In terms of hormonal imbalance, which contraceptive would you say is the “best” option to go with?

1. Birth control shot, it keeps a steady hormone balance with the option to skip or not skip your period.

2. No hormones at all for me: copper coil iud. But my hormones and me were on good speaking terms so there was no need to actively balance them either.

3. Not having sex at all. Just wanking.
