So I parked in a location that is said to be unauthorised. In the letter it says i cant pay the discounted amount because the notice period has ended? It says the pcn was attached to my car but my girlfriend was in it for the entire 5 minutes i was away so i never got a chance to pay it at that 50% discount… What can i do? Also the letter was sent 8 days ago & i just received it today…

Which part of the UK issued the PCN and does it actually say PCN on the notice/letter?
Parked where you not allowed to, you got no option than to pay
