It’s my first time being in a relationship. What are some cool things couples can do together?

We’re in our 20’s, (F25, and him M29). I’ve had major social anxiety issues and am relieved I was able to overcome them enough to have a boyfriend. Please don’t recommend obvious things like have sex, cook dinner, go see a movie, watch shows together, go for walks, play video games, eat out somewhere, or go to a hotel out of town. We already do all of that. I’m trying to dig deeper here for ideas.

He is currently jobless, so we spend all day together because I work from home. However, I want us to have more to do than just the basic “couple” activities. Try and give me unique obscure ideas if you can, please. I get sick of just watching shows, or just eating out, etc. I wanna do something more special than that. What more could we do together?

If you need more context of what he and I like, here ya go:
He likes outdoors a lot, survivalist shows, is interested in homesteading, loves anime and pokemon, loves to listen to music, knows how to use ableton and produce music but he doesn’t really produce music at all anymore, knows a lot about plants and animals and nature, loves food and cooking, knows how to build and flip houses, is into gardening but can’t right now because he lives with his parents, loves video games. He is a great conversationalist, but also introverted like me.

I am a musician, we both love listening to music together, I’m a graphic designer, already went to college for design, love cooking and food, vegetarian, into spiritual philosophy/hippy dippy stuff, I like photography, I like making art and drawing, also play video games, I also love board games but he seems less into that. We both love to smoke weed together too.

Our town is small and boring, not much around but the plus side is it’s near the ocean. We have swam and kayaked too, but now it’s gonna be fall and cold and I don’t wanna do that anymore.
