That new documentary is pretty sweet for watching them work this song out over a week or two.
It was so interesting to see the song evolve in the Jackson doc. It’s starts as a satire of anti-immigrant protest, with “get back” taking on a darker meaning. The way it ends up has much less of a social agenda but allows you to unironically enjoy the refrain.
