Yesterday my boyfriend told me it felt like the condom fit loosely on the bottom and some pre cum might have gone inside of me. No he didnt finish inside of me and after he noticed it we stopped intercourse immediately. Could I still get pregnant in this situation or am I just overthinking this? I cant afford a morning after pill so i cant take it. Please someone help.

You will be fine. It takes the full release of sperm inside you to have any effect. Precum does not. Kudos to your Bf for recognizing and acting quickly to avoid any accidents. Hope this helps, stay safe out there.
