    I have curly hair so I have to take special care of it and use a lot of products and be careful with what I use especially, but it’s general rule to go by if you want to keep your hair healthy and looking good. p

  2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats like avocado and fish. Use shampoo without sodium lauryl sulfate, and don’t shampoo too often. Give yourself scalp massages with diluted rosemary oil 1-3x a week. Silk or satin pillow cases, protective hairstyles at night
