I am trying to get back into dating and I have a question for women my friend tells me that I am too straightforward when asking people out on dates that I have to be a bit aloof and not so blunt. But that’s not personality. I’m not a rude person. I’m very much into the respect. I’m not asking women to just have sex or this on the other. Haven’t gotten that far yet. I would just like to take someone on a simple date but I guess I come off as to intense and I suppose that makes people uncomfortable So basically the question is do women like it when you’re not as straightforward are not as forthcoming with information?

Sure, but mostly just be confident, well-groomed and hot.
if you are not into dating casually but looking for something more long-term, just be yourself. you don’t want to seduce the lady with a fake persona only to have to struggle to maintain it. there are girls out there who are into straightforward (but not rude) guys. good luck.
