So my boyfriend has mentioned being into the idea of finishing inside me, and then fall asleep while staying inside.
I just heard another girl mention that you should always go use the bathroom after sex, to avoid yeast infection.
So basically, does that mean my boyfriend’s fantasy could be likely to cause an infection?

it’s definitely a possibility.
A UTI is probably more likely.
He can stay there for a bit but once he isn’t hard he’ll probably slide/fall out anyway and then you can pop to the bathroom to clean up & pee before going back for cuddles
This fantasy is more of a “we just had really great sex, I’m now in a state of bliss where I could just fall asleep”. Similar to how when guys masturbate they get really sleepy, just a reaction to the endorphin dumps. It will work for a little while, him staying inside you, but after a couple minutes he’s going to just fall out. Some from him going soft, and more so from your body contracting and pushing him back out. Works best in missionary or prone bone though, just an FYI loll.
