We’re starting to think about Halloween costumes. I suggested my girl wear a body paint costume this year. Probably just the top. She’s very busty (DDD) so it’s going to be obvious she’s not wearing clothes. I’m wondering if this is legal? I’ve seen woman walking around with body paint in Key West but they’re a little more laid back down there. This would be done for a party at a local bar/club.

  1. I’m sure shirts are required at a bar/club, but they’re also less likely to enforce rules when it comes to attractive women, so maybe call and ask. I think it would be a health code kind of deal. If they’re serving drinks and food in there, people are probably expected to wear clothes.

As for overall legality, I don’t think the paint is relevant. She’d be topless in public. Is that legal in your city or not?

  2. It’s usually legal due to laws related to equality, since men can always be topless. Legally though, even though you can be topless in public there’s plenty of businesses with no shirt no shoes rules but I mean I don’t think anyone would complain about a topless busty girl lol

  3. Take a vest or other top, she’s more likely be given a chance to adhere to the club’s dress code before escorting her ro the door.

  4. Good points about healthcare guidelines inside of a building. If required, she may be able to get away with a mash top that leaves little to the imagination.

  5. If she wants to do this, check state and local ordinances, bring Xtra paint for touch ups, she should probably wear pasties, and bring a shirt in case the bar crowd likes her outfit a little too much and she gets uncomfortable.

  6. Another option if shirts are required in the location is her boobs can be painted to look like pumpkins then have them out if her top. Maybe have her shirt look like a pumpkin patch. I can be Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater.
