I am a 31 year old guy dating a 46 year old woman and some of my friends say she is a cougar but I thought that was only the case if the guy was in his teens or something like when those high school kids sleep with their teachers.

  1. I would say 10 years younger or more in an age gap, so technically she would be a cougar. The guy does not need to be in his teens, its simply a large age gap

  2. What you’re describing is statutory rape.. it’s illegal and definitely not the same as being a ‘cougar’

  3. i admit i had a brief but passionate relationship with an older woman when i was 19.

she was 56 and looked 40.

    absolutely zero regrets.

i realize in my sunset years that this was probably a pretty fucked up thing for her to do, but to be honest, it was mostly my idea. i feel like she kinda “went along with it” a little bit because i really, REALLY wanted to fuck a much older woman.

  4. Don’t get hung up on labels. She has a few more years before 50 hits her like a freight train, so she needs to get it while she can. Be a pal and help her out with that.

  5. She’s technically old enough to be your mother i.e have a child your age so yes. She’s definitely a cougar.

  6. don’t call her that and don’t call yourself anything either. Just enjoy the time, don’t get your friends so invested and involved in these types of things. It’s going to create a wedge without you realizing it.

  7. Ewwwww! I’m a cougar, but teenage boys are illegal. They are children. It is NOT okay to engage with them in any capacity.

I’m 44 and casually seeing a 24 year old. He might be too young. Talking to a 29 year old and a 34 year old.

Any woman messing with a minor is a p€.døphiL£.
