Looking on https://search-property-information.service.gov.uk/
Really strange, not sure what to think of this? It’s a semi-detached house. Also, before the 2 results came up there’s another two results on the previous page; one is is “property address” and the other is “Land associated with property address”.
Can’t speak to EA until tomorrow when I have the viewing so thought I’d ask here. I did some googling and it seems possible to for a property to be both?

All leasehold properties also have a freehold no?
That’s what you pay your solicitor for
A leasehold property will have an associated freehold title, held by the freeholder (who then leases the land to the leaseholder). This may or may not also be up for sale – if it’s being sold as freehold I would expect both.
“Land Associated” titles are not uncommon for things like garages en-bloc or parking spaces that are not contiguous with the main property.
Just pay £6 for both title plans and registers and have a read of them?
Does the property have solar panels? That could be an explanation for there being a lease in place.
