Some girl that I’ve seen a good 15 times in the last 5 years after the rejection suddenly approached me and said that I looked familiar to her and brought up school from back then. Did she really forget that she rejected me when I asked for her number or she playing dumb? I’ve seen her around at least 15 times in the past 5 years and never talked.

She probably has been losing her glow and would like to take a second look at the guys she once rejected for validation, like does she still got it?
The question is, what did you do?
It’s quite possible she doesn’t remember rejecting you. That is something that would be much more memorable to you (the rejectee) than her.
Maybe you’ve gotten hotter as you’ve aged and now she is noticing you?
Definitely up to you on how you want to proceed… I would call her out about rejecting you, in a playful way.
She probably did forget, I for one don’t remember all the guys I rejected. Plus a negative thing like that is just naturally going to be more memorable to the guy who got rejected rather than the girl who rejected him

She likely forgot unless you are a complete creep about it. The person rejected feels it more deeply.
