Well I’m bisexual and I enjoy giving other guys blow jobs. So if a man can enjoy giving blow jobs, it only seems logical to conclude many women must enjoy giving them too.

It depends on the woman. I personally don’t know any women who genuinely love giving blow jobs. I enjoy making my man feel good but blowing him is physically uncomfortable for me and a lot of other women. I do it but not for my own personal enjoyment.
That being said, you should trust that what your girlfriend is telling you is true. If she says she likes it, she very well may actually enjoy it.
