I’m like a fish out of water.
There is a girl at my work who is leaving soon. I really like her. She’s beautiful and funny. Sweet.
Anyway she began flirting heavy with me. I was off sick and she messaged me to say she missed me and that she hoped I was okay.
We started messaging and it became flirty. I knew she had a bf so I thought she was cheating.
Anyway, it came out her bf knows and they are in an open relationship. She said she wants to meet up. We arranged drinks and I booked a hotel. Tbh I think she wants to come back with me.
I just don’t know the ground rules and if there is anything I should establish before hand.
Also, what if I fall in love with her and yeah, it hurts me? I mean I’ve had non commited relationships before and been fine but I suppose I’m maybe Overthinking.
Anyone got advice for me?

I think you’re overthinking it but if you’re looking for something monogamous out of this in the end, I’d look elsewhere.
If you are looking for more than flirting/fun/sex then this is not for you.
I think you should just relax and enjoy yourself; don’t try to fall. Don’t be weird about it and maybe it will become a regular thing. And who knows, maybe she knows lady friends she can introduce you to.
