Going on a date with a girl who likes my friend

I’m going on a date with this girl tomorrow and I just found out that she liked my friend on tinder. My friend told me that she messaged him on ig but he didn’t respond. They also apparently saw each other in person and she couldn’t stop looking and smiling at him. Should I still go on this date with this girl? I feel like I’m wasting my time because she clearly doesn’t like me as much as my friend. I know she would leave me for my friend in an instant because he’s a really good looking dude and he has a better personality than me. She doesn’t even know that we’re friends.
