Does she actually want to go to the gym tomorrow?

She agreed to workout together at the same gym we go to, but when I set the date and time, which is basically tomorrow at 1pm. She just “likes” the message and doesn’t reply.

Just a little confused, answer may seem obvious but could it mean anything else?
