There is this guy in college who lives next to my room. Both he and me are alone in our rooms and we only talked once, but it was like a “my name is xy” stuff. As someone who had below average social skills, I prefer starting a conversation online. Besides, when we met, he told me to friend him on Facebook, which I did.
So, how to start the conversation exactly? Some ideas I had:
– What are you studying here?
– Where do you come from?
– Why this college?
Still, I think it would be weird to just ask about these out of the blue. Any help would be appriciated.
