I’m no doctor,but I think this is right,males have a muscle,sphincter muscle(spelling?) that shuts down the urinary tract,to stop wee coming out,at orgasm time,go and see an doctor,he should clarify any problems you got down there,good luck
It’s generally pretty difficult to accidentally pee when you have an erection and are close to cumming…. so I would just keep going — you might be confusing other sensations with the urge to pee.
