Can I bring a vibrator in my carryon bag?

I’m going to visit my LDR boyfriend & was planning on only bringing a carry on bag…. But wanted to bring some toys too, lol.

Is this allowed by TSA? I don’t wanna have to throw away my vibrators or leave them behind

  1. No issues at all … just came back from Vegas and had one carry-on half full of that stuff.

    Only issue is that lube counts as a liquid.

  2. Carry on and checked luggage is fine.

    We prefer carry on though. Ziploc the toys up so they can get handled if need be. It could be a little embarrassing, but we’re pretty shameless about it and just throw em in my backpack with my switch. Technically though, security can decide whether or not to allow it through.

  3. Yes. TSA guidelines states you can bring them in carry ons or checked bags. But to be prepared to explain it to unsympathetic security officials who may not know the difference between “packing” and packing, and in front of a crowd of your fellow passengers or if they ask for a demonstration.

    If you use lube, you are only allowed so much in a carry on before its confiscated. Also since a Vibrantor is considered an electronic, they may ask you to take it out along with the rest of the electronics to help the X ray machine, if you only take a carry on.
