I’m awful at remembering peoples name

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue? I’m terrible at remembering peoples names when I first meet them. I just started working and there are so many co workers. I work in a huge company and I only know the names of co workers I worked with and my supervisor but my job involves me waking to different buildings and I’m a social person so I tend to talk to a lot of the people but I just can’t seem to get their names memorized. I’m a lost hope with last names lol. I’m not ashamed of this issue it’s something I’m working on slowly. I’m just used to being reclusive.
