Whenever I hang out with friends or people in my school, for some reason if I’m in a good mood I am pretty extroverted and I can talk and joke a lot. But if I have a bad mood, I can’t talk to anyone and it’s like I forget all my social skills. Like it varies day to day and I’m usually a introvert.

How can I stop my mood from changing so fast and changing my social skills?

Is this normal?

  1. Yeah it’s normal, I’ve been like that for 40 years. Just work on managing your mood: positivity, mindfulness, that kinda stuff, so you’re less likely to be in a bad mood.
