I just had sex after months of not doing anything… this is the longest I had gone without having sex in years (was in a long term relationship before so sex happened regularly)
Started seeing this guy & we just had sex for the first time, multiple positions so missionary, doggy, & legs on shoulders (not sure what the name of that one is) & I had no pain during any of it, just normal pleasure, 2 rounds for about 30min to an hour.. but no I did not finish… about 20 minutes after we were done having sex I started feeling cramps in my lower stomach. Subtle but enough for me to notice.. & shortly after that when I sat down I started feeling more cramps almost leading much lower than my stomach & I’m sure it’s because of the sex.
Is this because it had been a while since? Or maybe it was just rough & now I have cramps?
Help lol, is this normal ?

Just normal cramps cos of positions ..nothing to worry about
Drink more water
i got some wild cramping after 7 years of not having sex. it was so bad i thought my period started. don’t worry about it too much and just take it easy till the cramping stops.
