As the title says.. I have a biiig crush on this girl at work.. I really want to talk to her.. she’s super cute.. we always catch eachother looking back at eachother and we smile very shyly ..
I’m an overweight 28m… I’m super shy when it comes to matters like this.. aside from that I’m really good and super confident in myself when it comes to jobs or making friendships.. but as soon as I develop a crush.. I get stuck.. my mind breaks and I forget how to human.
Any advice for a super shy guy to approach this girl without coming off as a creep and without embarrassing myself?

A big reason for that is because you’re putting her on a pedestal. Theres nothing wrong with liking and having a crush on someone but when you pedestalize them and in your mind treat them like a unicorn you start to overthink your words and actions
Best thing to do before even talking to them is understand that as much as you like them they may not like you back and that its ok. Shes just another girl
After that just strike up a casual conversation. Don’t flirt or anything because you’re at work and it can come off very bad. Just feel out the situation at first.
Don’t crap where you eat. Work place relationships have a very low success rate and get very awkward when the relationship ends
