Do you have any effective remedies?

  1. Stretching and a bath always helps me. And I also try to keep active even if I’m sore as it’s helped keep the pain at bay most of the time.

  2. My body is pretty accustomed to my routine as I been doing it years, but on bad days I just take some aspirin

  3. Stretching and moving by walking or something. Tiger balm also works like a charm on sore joints for instance!
