I am in a relationship with someone and things are complicated. They spend a lot of time trying to set things up, it’s honestly complicated because they really go all out on this. I have no idea how to be gracious about the relationship at this point. I want to be respectful though it is like they are making it near impossible. I just don’t know where the line is on this kind of thing.

Who is this ‘they’/‘them’ are you referring to? Is it his friends? Or his family?
If what you want doesn’t match up and you don’t like to spend time together, why are you still in the relationship? It seems counterproductive for both of you.
If you don’t want to be in a relationship with him why are you? And why post 14 times in 2 days about this? Just move on already.
