So some friends & I went out Friday night. This girl is part of our friend group but I really only see her maybe once a week. She joined and after a couple drinks we ended up talking a lot and ultimately started dancing a lot together and making out. I’ve always been attracted to her ( we’ve been friends for the last 6 months) & she was kinda the one flirting with me at first but now I’m unsure how to go about this cause I want to hook up with her again but she told my friends that she doesn’t want to date anyone the rest of year. ( this was before we made out) so idk if I should ask her out for drinks 1 on 1 or just wait till we hangout again. We go to happy hour consistently now. We’re in our 20s

First off, accept right now that this will be a confusing situation and there may not be a “right way” to play it. It could have just been a dance floor make out or she could be interested in more. And more could be a hook up or maybe dating.
