I just started a new job 2 weeks ago and have been struggling to make eye contact with my coworkers. I think I’m getting anxious and overwhelmed by all the new people and learning a new job (no prior experience in the field before now). Any advice for remembering to make eye contact and coming off friendly and attentive?
