Hobbies. Find out what you like doing, find groups doing it. Try new things. Never tried painting? Find a beginners class. Never played D&D? Find a game store. Honestly, find new hobbies to try or really explore the ones you have as you’ll meet people you already have something in common with.
Aside from that, look up the five love languages. Helped me forge VERY meaningful relationships with everyone around me. My family, friends, and fiancée. Sounds like new age rubbish, but makes a lot of sense when you get into it.
