penis meatus red inside

I am 17 I haven’t had sex but about 2-3 weeks ago I received oral pleasure when she used her mouth. I masterbated the night before and when I woke up it burned when I peed when I looked the was a small red rash type dot on the inside. It only burns if I use something to touch it or when I pee. Other than that’s it’s fine please help
