That would be a huge generalisation but I’d like to think most of us wipe/wash after using the toilet

Is it true that not all humans wash their hands after the bathroom?
I do and I think most of us do… It has happened that I really had to go and the bathroom was out of toilet paper, and it kinda works to go without as long as I’m shaved (pubes=the pee clings to them), but it feels gross.
