Should i text this guy?

So we had a class trip to Italy and me and my friends and were sitting at the dinner table. After we finished eating, we put away our food and we were in a great mood. As I came back to grab my jacket from the table a girl approaches me and tells me her friend at the table finds me pretty and would like to ask for my number. I was overwhelmed and was soon going to reject, but my friends started to tell me to give him a chance. I said I would rather much give my Instagram and typed my insta handle in. As I get back home he has already followed me and I follow back and liked the pic of me. A few days later he likes a few posts of mine but doesn’t view my stories. Now, should I delete this guy completely, text him or wait for him to texting me?
