Seem to recall it was a proper fad at one point. You weren’t serious about your health unless you’d had your daily shot of L casei immunitas. But don’t see many people having them now.

  1. I’ve been recommended probiotics by the doctor sometimes and they said find any product with live bacteria and choose whichever ones taste best and aren’t a ripoff. I tend to go for natural yoghurt that’s live.

    Actimel had a weird thin bready taste.

  2. Too expensive for what it is plus does it not have quite a bit of sugar?

    I do like the taste but its hard to justify the cost plus a multipack weighs down my bags.

  3. I tend to, either that or whatever they have on the clubcard deal, activia or whatever the other similar shit is, I know it doesn’t make a difference but its nice to tell myself I’m being healthy

  4. I always preferred Yakult, buy it when I remember to, but I have gut problems so it’s sensible.

  5. I don’t know anyone personally who drinks it, but I scan a lot of it while working checkouts, so it seems like it’s still pretty popular.
