Senior laughing at me constantly

This senior is very friendly but she just keeps laughing at everything i do and i laugh back too ( at my actions) . But at this point she’s laughing at what i do . She’ll deliberately try to ask me something difficult to laugh and just say I’m so funny . It’s making me feel dopey . I think it’s because i speak abruptly and without filter because i feel comfortable with her . I’ve noticed the difference when I’m with other seniors who actually try to help me . I thought she was just messing and was nice but I’ve told friends and family who have said she’s being patronising.
