2. I just cut my hair short because I’m a mom & don’t have time to do all the regular maintenance that I did with longer hair before. I was worried it wouldn’t look nice but I’ve gotten many compliments since cutting it. So I’m not tired of anything yet…

   For context, I’m black & I wear my hair natural.

6. When I cut my hair short I lost count of the number of people who made comments about what my boyfriend thought…e.g. (was he ok with me cutting my hair? Does he miss your long hair) 🙄

14. What’s the story behind it ? They think that I’ve been through things and cutting my hair was some sort of healing and starting over, I mean it doesn’t have to be that way all the time, some of us like to try new things, so relax therapist.

16. I’m contemplating cutting my hair again (it’s ear length right now with shrinkage) and men always tell me

    “You shouldn’t cut your hair again. A lot men like long hair.”

    Like okay….. who gives a shit what men like 🙄😂
