1. Did you try googling?

   I googled “GWR phone” and it gave me a phone number for there

   The team can also be contacted by calling 03457 000 125 (06:00-23:00).

2. Have you checked your junk/spam email folder?

3. The Twitter teams are surprisingly helpful for a lot of train companies , try messaging/tweeting them they usually are pretty responsive unless they’re in the middle of major disruption
