What do you do if you have a roommate who’s a man kid

I recently moved to a new city and now have a roommate who is in the same program as me. Few weeks into sharing the flat with him i’ve realised that he’s a child and needs babying the entire time. I have no interest in babying someone. How do i even deal with this??
